Mini Sessions | Twin Cities Family Photographer

Here are a few of the shots from the "mini sessions". You know I like to talk so I will have comments on all of these.

Family #1 - My co-worker's boys. I love these guys...

If he lived at my house this look would get him candy for every meal, staying up until 1am privileges and possibly even the right to run with scissors...

Family #2....seriously these 4 families were the nicest people. Thank you for being such nice people. I don't know where the mean people are but not at my shoots.

This one is a classic. It makes me want to put little talk bubbles over their heads. I can only imagine what was going on here...

I'll be honest, as a photographer you schedule this next shoot and hang up thinking "What did I just do??? 5 kids?? am I crazy?" but I kid you not, every single person, kid and adult alike stood, smiled, and cooperated for the ENTIRE time...I just can't get over it. They were AMAZING! I don't know what they did to these kids before they came and I don't even care, it worked....right down to the cute little baby! and last but not least...one of my favorites, the original baby in a bowl. This little guy has a couple special spots on my website due to his extreme cuteness at 6 months old .... well it lives on.
and once again, his parents are the nicest people. He's so loved, what a lucky little guy...

Thank you guys all so much! I should have your galleries ready in the next day or so. Can't wait for you to see the rest!

Another Lakeville Senior...

I think this is my first guy senior of the year! David is my daycare provider's son. This is going to lead me down the path of gushing about my daycare. As I watch friends and relatives struggle year after year with finding the right daycare for their kids I have to just say how unbelievably fortunate we are to have the daycare we do. Jake has been there since he was 3 months old and we couldn't be more pleased. Our kids are well cared for and most importantly loved. This is the youngest of their 3 boys and I can't say enough about them either. He really wouldn't have to do it but David spends time with the kids, plays with them and they all look up to him (so keep yourself in check David!!) He's just an all around nice guy, which really keeps in line with his gene pool. Well anyway, now that I've attracted every girl in Dakota County to David let's check out the photos...

Happy Birthday! | Burnsville Family Photographer

This shoot happened to be on this little cutie's 2nd birthday. I have to say I don't think she is my biggest fan, but we managed to get a few of her adorable smile. I absolutely LOVE this one...
Her little brother is a very happy and laid back little guy .....with some killer lashes.

And here's the whole family. Good looking or what? I swear I do not screen people for their looks before I book the shoot..... I just get lots of cute kids and good looking families which really makes the whole photography thing quite a bit easier! Thanks guys!

Our Lakeside Adventure | Excelsior Family Photographer

We did this shoot last week in Excelsior and it was a very cool setting for a very fun family...
This little guy reminded me so much of my own. Lots of stories...lots of energy and enthusiasm...very cute!
Don't worry, this isn't a pose I ask people to do. Their idea and a cute picture, but I hope your back is okay!
The little guy's uncle is off to college in Boston so we did some shots with him as well.

We shut the place down. I LOVE this image... It would be so cool as a canvas!

and then shortly after this we witnessed a drug bust in the park. All in a day's work.....

Senior Session | Lakeville Senior Photographer

For those of you who may know her, this is the grand-daughter of one of my favorite co-workers. I remember when I first starting working she would come to work with her grandma and she was just a little kid. Well she has grown up and she's gorgeous and she brought her gorgeous friend. Wait 'til you see the little brother....(that's the hook to check back soon.)
